Sarah holds a LL.B. (Honours) degree from University of Essex and LL.M. degree from BPP University London. Upon completing her Bar Professional Training Course (BPTC), she was admitted to the Bar of England and Wales by Middle Temple as a Barrister-at-Law in 2019. She then underwent her pupillage in Malaysia and was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya on 26th March 2021.

Sarah has been focusing in General Litigation, Commercial Litigation, Industrial Relation matters, Execution Procedures, Appeals, Will and Estate Planning since her chambering. Sarah has accumulated her experience in civil litigation especially in contractual disputes, tortious claims, debt recovery and personal injury.

Sarah has successfully assisted and/or conducted trials, appeals, multiple interlocutory proceedings in all tiers of courts (Summary Judgment, Striking Out, Setting Aside a Judgment in Default, Security for Costs) and conducted various execution proceedings i.e Writ of Seizure and Sale, Writ of Possession, Winding-Up and Bankruptcy. She has also appeared in Industrial Court proceedings and represented employers for industrial relations matter.

Sarah is now expanding her forte in dispute resolution and developing her practice in Criminal Litigation, Probate, Estate administration, Family and Matrimonial Law in Messrs. Jason Kong & Co.

Sarah has mastered diverse languages in English, Bahasa, Mandarin and Cantonese.
